The Destruction of Life and Death as I know it

De titel 'The Destruction of Life and Death as I know it' zal mogelijk nog aan verandering onderhevig zijn.
-------------------
- The Ordeal of the Freezing field of Ice and Snow -
I was reborn...
Made of flesh and bones, the naked body of a young man accepted my spirit. Its senses became my own, its essence adapted to my presence. He was now me.
I panted as I fell down on my knees. I could see my breath condense in the cold air which was surrounding me, but this was all I saw. A never-ending emptiness enveloped me with its icy clutches. A white world of frosty air and a floor of snow.
Every bone in my body cracked while I tried to get up from the ground. My fingers clawed in the snow beneath me as pain coursed through my body, but the agonizing strain on my exhausted body was quickly subdued by its decreasing temperature.
I could feel the blood in my veins chilling, while my breathing became shallow and feint. I felt my conscience slipping away as my limbs became weaker, and I fell face down in the snow.
With my last bit of strength, I lifted my head. Lines were drawn in the snow, seemingly erratic. As I looked closer, I could discern the letters that were drawn by my hand, the very hand which had now turned black and blue, chilled to the bone and completely frozen.
The letters formed into words, and as the words got meaning, I remembered why I was here.
'Escape Death'
Tonight, I would die again. Die to be reborn.
